Hi community. Today My Steam is weird after being uninstalled accidentally. I've installed steam.exe in Windows 10 and run it. First, it tries to check updates and download updates and install updates. Everything is looks good till here. but it again tried to update and ran intot "steam need online to update" How to fix it? pls help me
