Here's the procedure: I click in the card interface to "buy all remaining cards," then the system sends me an email to confirm that it was me who made the request. I click "Yes" in the email request, close the window, and wait, but it never actually deducts any money or gives me any cards. Then I try again and again and eventually the system gives me an error message saying "I've made too many requests too quickly, please wait a while." What is going on?
