Hello, I pre-ordered BF6 Phantom Edition. Since the official launch, I haven't been able to start the game. I know there have been some issues, but I still can't launch it via Steam. In my downloads, it says 'game not available' even though the official release was on 10/10. I uninstalled the files several times, cleared the cache, changed regions, and did all this until 11/10/25 at 7:00 AM. When I click play, a small BF6 screen appears, loads, then disappears to be replaced by a second black screen, which then disappears, and then nothing.

I don't know if all the problems have been resolved. I was able to play the Beta without any issues, but here, nothing.

It is really very frustrating.
