So, I wanted to log in to Warframe website to be able to freely trade. Then, when I decided to use steam to log in I typed my username and password, no issue with that, and it asked for verification via a steam guard mobile app. I remember that I uninstalled the app around two years ago, don't remember why. Now I'm sitting downloading the app and logging in through my phone, and what surprised me is that I still need steam guard verification via MOBILE APP. I click that I don't have access to steam guard mobile app and it asks for my email, I typed my email and after HALF AN HOUR of waiting--there was nothing. Then I typed my email again, then I typed my phone, my sibling's phone, tried logging in a website, logging through my PC via a website, turning off all of my extensions, everything I could. I tried taking down the steam guard mobile app via my PC and it asked for my phone number which I can only type in IF I CAN VERIFY MYSELF VIA STEAM GUARD MOBILE APP. Simply said, to turn off steam guard mobile app because I don't have access to it, I need to access my steam guard mobile app.

What do I possibly do in this situation? I just want to game and to engage in a trade mechanic a certain game has, but I can't because I need steam guard mobile app to get a steam guard mobile app. Help me, please!
