Any way to get a human to review a refund request?
I bought one of the cattails games a while ago and have requested a refund at least twice since then, and so far both reviews were given an automated response and denied based on gameplay time. I no longer play or enjoy the game, and I want to get wildwood story since it's the game I meant to get anyway. There are other games I could've used that money for that would've been actually enjoyable. And to add to the pain, its currently discounted and went from $15 to $3. Is there any way to get a human to review the request, and is it even possible to get a refund at this point?
It seems like this is the only place to ask, as google and ChatGPT have been no help.

how long ago did you buy the game and how many hours has the game been played? the refund policy is less then 2 hours played and less then 2 WEEKS owned. if you are over either requirement, you will be automatically refused by the system.

your games owned badge shows august, you are unlikely to get a refund. at some point, steam has to send the game developers their share of the money.

i asked for refund too and not even passed 2 hour now after 2 days there is no news still it's pending
