The Steam client keeps opening on my second monitor. I've checked settings for Steam, Windows and the Nvidia App and they all properly know which is my primary and which is my secondary monitor. Most games (other than Powerwash Sim?) open on my primary monitor. Moving the Steam window over to my primary monitor and then fully closing and reopening Steam temporarily solves the problem, but it eventually reverts.

It's easy enough to move the window, but it's annoying that it keeps happening. Any ideas?
