Can i pay in x4 paypal ?

Hello
Just wanna know if its possible to buy a game with the x4 paypal option? And can i pay with the x4 option paypal with a little bit of my money of steam wallet. For example, i wanna buy a 80 dollars game so its 20 per month, but i have 9 dollars on my steam wallet, will the first month be only 11 dollars because of the 9 dollars steam wallet and the 3 other months 20 dollars ? 1. Wallet funds are defaulted first so, yes you can use that and another payment method.

2. If PayPal lets you use Pay in 4, sure.
