Is Steam voice chat down today?
It has been like 6 hours, me and my friend can't start a Voice Chat over Steam (Different cities and different ISP). Restarting etc. did not worked and I did not see any discussion about it here so I wonder if it is only down in Turkey.

My calls doesn't reach him and his calls doesn't reach me. We also have a group chat, when trying to connect a Voice Chat of the group, it says "connecting..." and it drops, doesn't connect at all.

So, can you use Voice Chat right now?
