What do the crash logs say?

ERROR_CODE (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 indicates an Access Violation, meaning a program or the operating system attempted to access a memory location it shouldn't have.

after this check MS own page with VC++ updates, do not trust steam and game devs VC++
and check OS for not have multi VC++ that is same basic build.

i have seen old game added a VC++ thats older then MS own support page such can lead to ingame odd bugs.
