when i got farcry 3 it was lagging and stuttering very bad. i just switch the direct x from 11 to 9 and it worked fine usually had around 370 fps and smooth gameplay. Recently i pressed alt + tab to minimize the game window to look something up, when i came back to it it was frozen completely, couldn't close the window by alt + f4. i restarted my pc and loaded in the game and it was like when i first got it. around 30 fps, constant freezing and stuttering and just overall not fun to play. i tried setting the core affinity down to 4, i tried switching the direct x to 11 then back to 9, I tried deleting my gamerprofile.xml file, i tried putting all graphic settings to minimum. i tried vsync, i don't know what else to do, and i don't know why it happened. Anyone know hot to fix it?
