No More Library Tags?
We used to be able to create tags for our library and assign them to games. I don't see the option to do this anymore. Am I permanently left with the existing tags I created, or has Steam buried them somewhere in the interface?

There is advanced filterings at the top of library there is some straight lines stacked under Home followed with Games and software.

I'm not talking about filtering. I'm specifically talking about creating and assigning tags.
