If you didn’t try to buy a Steam Deck from your account, that means that your account is compromised, follow this guide and reset everything.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deactivate all other devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your mobile app https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Never login with your Steam account on any site outside of Steam.

This is quite a serious problem. Whether the cards are stolen or not doesn't really matter; they will make the purchases through your account, then charge back the amount. Your account will be held responsible.
