Steam Support Not Responding - Purchased Game Unplayable
Dear Steam Support,

I have been a loyal Steam customer for years and have always trusted your platform to provide reliable customer support when issues arise. This trust is the primary reason I chose to purchase Assassin's Creed Mirage with DLC through Steam rather than other platforms.

However, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response to my current issue (Ticket: HT-XV7J-B4CM-VGYT). I purchased this game weeks ago but cannot play it due to an activation code problem with Ubisoft Connect. While I understand this involves third-party integration, I expected Steam support to assist me in resolving this matter since the purchase was made through your platform.

As a paying customer who chose Steam specifically because of your reputation for excellent customer service, I am frustrated that my legitimate issue has not received the attention it deserves. I have provided all necessary documentation, screenshots, and purchase proof, yet I remain unable to access the game I paid for.

I hope you will prioritize my case and restore my confidence in Steam's commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

This is not Steam support, this is a public community forum. Nobody here is from Steam support and nobody from Steam support monitors this forum. You will not get a reply from Steam support here.

They don't care. In fact, no company cares how long you have been giving them cash. They don't even know you exist.

Steam have ZERO control over third-parties. Absolutely nothing they can do to help you. Contact Ubisoft.

Thanks, everyone. I’ve filed complaints with Steam Support, Ubisoft Help, Twitter/X, and their Facebook page, but I still haven’t received a response. I need a solution—what do you suggest I try next?

Steam has no business when it comes to third-party support. You contact Ubisoft, not Steam.

Steam Support ONLY handles account and billing issues and NOT and NEVER game support for third-party.

As i mentioned, they won't and can't give support for third-party publishers or developers.

No Steam Support here, nobody will read it except us users, take it to the ticket system and even then they can't help, as it's a Ubisoft issue. Contact Ubisoft.

Have you at least tried to work the problem out with those who actually own the game? Maybe there's something you're not understanding that would become clear if you simply made a post in the game's own forum. Looking at your post history, this is your only forum contribution.

As far as I know, the latest Ubisoft Connect clients don't require you to enter a game key. Maybe there is something more to that you should investigate.

Left-click the game in your library, under the Play button on the right side is a link list, select "Support" and click thru the options.

Gameplay or technical issue
I am having another problem
Contact Game Support

That gives you all the required informations about third-party support for the game.

Note that those are not affiliated with Steam.

That is always the same for every game so you know where to look at in the future.
