ROG ally x keyboard’s backspace not working in game
Hello all!

I’m having a problem with the ROG ally’s digital keyboard when trying to type in the new digimon game. All of the keys works fine except the backspace key.

I’ve tried some of the fixes that helped in some other games, but none of them have worked. Most of the fixes were for if the keyboard wasn’t working at all, whereas my problem is just with the backspace button…

I was wondering if anyone has a similar problem in any other games, and if they were able to find a fix for it.

Ask ASUS support for that Brand name keyboard.

ps.
Make sure your PC is update in all things.

Yeah, I guess I should give them a call…

I made sure to check my drivers and all, and everything is up to date there. Oh well, guess it’s time to get on the phone!

*update* tech support for ASUS says that since the problem occurs in the game specifically and not anywhere else, that it likely an issue with the game, and not the handheld. I kind of figured this, but figured you were right, and checking with them would be worth it just in case.
