purchased a Steam Wallet Code for 40,000 MNT (approx. 10 USD), but after redeeming it, I only received 3,500 KRW in my Steam Wallet.

Here are the transaction details:

I believe there is an error because 10 USD should be around 13,000–14,000 KRW, not 3,500 KRW.
