Game lock
Good afternoon! Comrades, tell me! Earlier, a PERMANENT ACCOUNT LOCK arrived on my account by mistake from the ubisoft developer. Later, the support service recognized the blocking error and lifted it. Currently, I'm quietly playing the game and logging into my profile. But the lockout information is in my profile. Can you tell me if it is possible to appeal this? If Ubisoft support claims that the lock has been lifted and everything is in order, and steam technical support claims - contact Ubisoft. Thanks!

This forum has nothing to do with whatever game you're talking about. This forum is for getting help with the Steam platform, not games. You should delete this and then post it again in the forum for whatever game you need help with.

Ubisoft must use their Steamworks partner account to request the Game ban to be lifted. Everything else from then on is automatic, including the message in your account that it was removed.

There is nothing Valve nor Steam Support can do until a Ubisoft employee does this.
