I have been trying to get my Quest 2 to talk to my gaming pc laptop for MONTHS just to get pcvr to work for VRChat. A reoccurring issue I've been having is, after connecting the link cable to my pc, steamvr automatically boots up and gives a repeated pop up window stating, "Unable to launch SteamVR. Port 27062 in use. Kill process? YES NO" No matter what I click, it remains running in the background and/or gives me the pop up window a minute later. I am unable to shut it down when it is connected via link cable to my headset.

Is any of this normal? Has anyone else dealt with this issue and how can I go about fixing it?
I'm still not sure how to get pcvr with a link cable to work, but maybe if I can figure out how to fix this one issue, I can progress further.

If anyone is willing to help further as far as PCVR for VRChat stuff goes, I can give my Discord and I'm even willing to gift Nitro to anyone able to successfully help me.
