hi steam stuck on the download update
since 10 minutes after few minutes of extration package its stcu kof update installatyion i cant open steam whati must do to resolve the problem? ty in advance

Could you have a antivirus app issue, if the .exe is blocked or added to qurrantine folder you will not be able to allow it, without a exception rule.

Or remove it from qurrantine folder.

finaly i did a re instal of steam , dammit around 5 -10 mintues to uninstal steam and to instal steam was around 20 minutes ):
