Didn't Receive Steam Sale Trading Cards After Purchase

Hi everyone,

I made a purchase during the current Steam sale and expected to receive trading cards as part of the event (the cart page said I’d get some). It’s been over 3 hours since the transaction, but I still haven’t received any cards—nothing in my inventory or showing on the badge progress page.

I’ve also tried visiting the badge page to see if it would trigger the drops, but no luck so far.

Is anyone else running into this issue? Is there a delay, or is this a bug?

The Autumn Sales have never had trading cards during the event.

Only Summer and Winter do.

The only thing the Autumn Sales events ever had was the Steam Awards Nomination badge but that will no longer happen during the Autumn Sales events.

Valve will likely leave the badge progression for the Summer sale event until the Winter sale or days after it begins, like they did last year.
