Steam's UI Laggy on Linux
The UI on Linux is disgustingly slow despite the fact that I have a modern rig. I've tried both the Native Debian package and the Flatpak. Both of them seem to have the same issue where there Store page and the Library seem to have this laggy scrolling and I can't seem to find a fix.

And yes I have both GPU acceleration and Hardware Video Decoding enabled

PSA: The issue was GPU acceleration. Turning it off fixed all the lag.

This worked for me to.

Steps to change:
From the top menu go to Steam->Settings
In the settings menu open the Interface tab
Disable the option "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views"

Now the steam UI/library is real smooth
