I randomly got an email from noreply@steampowered.com, in Russian, about recovering my Steam account password from Alaska USA (I live in Begium). So I instantly go to my Steam account and change both password and email and get the emails with the info of me changing it, but it is the exact same email as what I thought the scam mail was? Did something just accidentally happen with that person from Alaska, or was it a scam?

Also, I changed my mail and password because not even 2 hours ago someone almost hijacked my EA account with the same email so I wanted to be sure.
