Problem with collectible card.

I've played Risk of Rain 2 for over 200 hours and haven't gotten a single collectible card, but my friend, who has fewer hours (7.3 hours), has already gotten several. The same is true for the game Silksong, I've played for 55 hours and haven't received a single card. Is this an account issue or just unlucky?

Were these games marked as Private when you played them?

Did you hide the games as in making them private on your profile? The specific game, not the profile setting.

Making a specific game private disables card drops for this specific game.

Risk of Rain 2 was never private, but Silksong is private from the moment I buy it.

Risk of Rain 2 was never private, but Silksong is private from the moment I buy it. I understand why there were no cards in Silksong, but Risk of Rain 2 is unclear.
