2K 165 hz Freesync Monitor


Yes, I think the best answer for my title is to have a Steam Deck, which I actually have, but Steam Deck's specs is way lower than my desktop's, which my desktop has a RTX 4070 Ti Super. Not a great GPU, but should be good.

However, I am having some tiny stutters in quite some games. When I met a stutter, I would go to see is there anything wrong with my PC's settings, etc.

I have a PS5, which should be my best choice to play without the annoyance of stutters, compare with playing on my PC. Here is the thing, why I cannot leave Steam: I love Steam's community and all the functions so much, just like here I am writing this post to connect to people globally and discuss about topics with a lot of fun. Or, such as managing the Steam homepage, earning badges, freely making reviews...So much fun.

That's why though I want to leave my PC, I still cannot leave Steam, and should be why I want to find another device to connect to Steam and play games without tiny stutters.

Yeah, I can stream Steam games to my iPad and play, but from my understanding, will that be 60 fps? Problem is my eyes are too sensitive, so my 2K resolution 165hz monitor should be the satisfaction. Plus, I think streaming is still using my PC's specs, right? So maybe streaming would cause stuttering on 60hz?

My best shot should be getting a 5090 directly, and I should even be able to reach 4K resolution with very high fps.

By the way, I think maybe the stutters of my PC is because of my CPU, which 14700KF was officially reported having some problems.

Wait, maybe streaming to my iPad is really not a bad idea. I will have a try now, and wait for your comments. Thanks everyone!
