To start off : I was somehow able to fix this, i think? But i never saw this issue before nor looking it up i can find anything about it so i'll put it here to see if it may help anyone of if we can find more about it, also this is my first time posting tell me if i did anything wrong and such im new to forums as a whole, anyways here is :

Ever since i had my steam deck i had issues where starting some apps would just start them over and over indefinitely, i have no idea why it is happened, it is like a loop where the apps just open 1, then 2, then 3 then 4 instances... without ever stopping until i manually turn off the steam deck or it crashes, with the fan ramping up while its happening. It happened with xenia, an xbox emulator which worked fine starting on its own, but through emudeck it would do the infinite loop of starting indefinitely, and right now it happened with konsole, after editing ~/.bashrc as i always do on linux for convenience, starting console would open the bashrc and such in an infinite starting loop of instances again without stopping any, i tried putting it back how i could but nothing helped, i tried restarting, and that might have been my biggest mistake since now, the steam deck wont even start, it's stuck on the logo, bios works fine though, it's all on the internal ssd, my guess is that starting the deck invokes the console somehow and it does the loop thing and gets stuck on the opening logo.
Oh It actually started, fine in game mode and i went to desktop, and on desktop the bashrc file is open in kate with NOTHING ELSE everything else is back and kate doesnt have the usual dark theme, clearly its its completely messed up, i looked online and apparently the problem might be with the source ~/.bashrc command, so i tried removing it from the file and saving since it was opened, but i got a message saying i couldn't save it because i didnt have permission or file was opened, also i was able to "save as" through dolphin.
Im not sure if it saved or me trying to save the file from that broken desktop mode borked it enough to enabling the system to start but it seems to be fixed for now?
After a restart everything seems back to normal, so it might have been the culprit.
I didn't see anything about my problem with apps starting like crazy in so many tabs before so i hope this can bring some light to the issue, as of now my data is safe and im really glad for that.
