You were NOT hacked. You willingly gave up your account details somewhere, likely through an obvious phishing website promising weapon skins or something.

I tried to click on the I don’t have access to my mobile Authenticator but I didn’t switch email so I don’t work

You don't need access to the email that is currently used on that account.

Just continue and click "I no longer have access to this email adress".

Normally if someone has hijacked your account they will change the email details on your account to try and prevent you from accessing the account.

When you follow the recovery guide posted, select ''i dont have access to the email''

i logged out of my ac but it didnt say "i dont have access to the account" or something. i dont know where to find it

when i come to step 2 i dont have options to choose between if i no longer have acces to the email or anything

You have to search for your account in step 2. Just type in your account name.

The only people who can assist you are Steam support. Not sure why you're asking people to go to a third-party service (Discord) as that sounds a little shady.

In the future, keep your account(s) secure and stop using obvious scamming services.

Why don't you follow the guide I linked in post #1?

You can not contact Steam Support via email or Discord.
