Steam profile appears in random numbers, blank profile when attempting to check profile

Steam profile appears in random numbers, blank profile when attempting to check profile

Like title says, the user's profile is completely blank save for some buttons. Attempting to add as friends in this circumstance leads to an error, so no friend invites. But I can check the user's Inventory and not only does the user's name appear in their actual display name, but I can view their inventory perfectly fine.

This occurs on the web browser as well so it can't be the application. What's going on here and how do I fix this? Or at least have a workaround so i can actually visit profiles?

Bump. Still suffering this issue, I REALLY want this to be resolved. Here are what they look like in action, screenshots of a random dude I met in MultiVersus.
