Disable for the store only effects the store
EDIT: Poor wording
I don't own any fap games, but I do have a few hard core M shooters and whatnot that I personally wouldn't want my kids playing. And you are correct, it doesn't hide what is in your library but there is a family view that you can set that can limit what games can be seen.
1. Go to the Steam Store page and log in to your Steam account.
2. Hover over the "Store" in the top menu and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. In the Adult Content section, select Hide Adult Games and Hide Abusive Content.
4. Click the "Save Changes" button.
Now all games belonging to the "adult games" category, including fap games, will be hidden on the Steam store page. Please note that this may not hide all games with sexual or provocative content, but it should significantly reduce their number on the store page.
