Wrongful Game Ban – Looking for Help or Advice from the Community
Hello everyone,

My account (Steam ID: peiqi34666) was recently given a game ban in Counter-Strike 2, but I truly believe it was a false ban.

I’ve never used cheats, macros, or third-party software of any kind. I mainly play Casual map groups (Dust2 / Mirage) just for fun and practice — not for ranks or competition.

The ban seems to have come after multiple reports, but I think there might have been a misunderstanding in the demo review. I’ve already sent multiple appeals to Steam Support asking for a manual review of my gameplay, when the ban happened.

I completely respect Valve’s anti-cheat policies and I’m not here to complain — I just want to clear my name and understand what might have caused this.

If anyone has gone through a similar experience or knows if there’s any way to get a more detailed response or demo review, I’d really appreciate your advice.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this. I love CS2 and would never risk my account or reputation for something unfair.

First you should not be providing private account details on a public forums. CS2 game bans are not only issued for cheating.

The only thing the community can do is point you to the already publicly available info.

Valve does not provide details about what caused the ban and they do not accept appeals from anyone.... ever.

Steam Support cannot remove or help you get game bans removed.... just like the community cannot.
