I'd like to report an exploit

I was browsing YouTube when a suggested video popped up on how to download paid games on Steam for free.

It turns out that you have to go to a certain website, download some software, download the manifests and key files ending in VDF that you can find in another website, load them into the program... the program starts doing its stuff, and when you reopen Steam, they appear in your library and you can play them as if they were yours.

Is there any way to report this?

And why aren't they doing anything about it? They love money, they are literally losing a lot of money, users from poorer countries are abusing this.

Because that tool also has malware baked into it.

The people who use it lose, in the end.

They are combating it. But theres more to the exploit than getting the ability to play a game. You could lose your account or even more. If you saw that on YouTube, I would suggest reporting it to you YouTube as they are helping to facilitate the exploit if they don't intervene.
