Been a along time since i changed what show on my achievement showcase but if i remember correctly click on one of the achievement slots and you should see a drop down listing your games, select the game and then pick the achievement to fill that slot.

Make sure it is the Achievement Showcase and not the Rarest Achievement showcase other wise if it's the rarest you can not pick and choose what displays.
