for what did i get banned?
i got banned from changing my username and description also my description got deleted lol. and my showcase which both were SFW. i pasted funny quotes that people said in my cs2 matches

the quotes were not threatening in any way too, and mild cuss words. you can see some on my profile section

sometimes you will get banned from "copyright" rules see if you had your profile (any item like pfp or artworks) downloaded from someone else, even pinterest

my showcase was a screenshot from csgo from in game menu

i hate that they dont say what i got banned for because i dont know if i can upload it again

What do you mean "through chat" ? There is no chat to talk to Support. The only way is through the ticket system.
