How to pin a discussion in a mod
I own a mod and want to pin a discussion but the button isnt there, any reasons why?

(cant provide picture due to some error)

The pin discussion button might be missing due to permission issues, discussion type restrictions, or a Steam glitch. Try refreshing, checking your mod's settings, or logging out and back in. If it persists, contact Steam Support.

Because steam has never added a pin only for you, and technivcaly it's follow or subscribe that cover that, pinned topic is for all steam users, very few topic get game devs eyes so they pin it.
