@TwistedFox, see how you see a little arrow on the top of the window when it's loading? Click on that, the items from your inventory should load up. Click on your desired item to feature, then it should come up with an error. Refresh the page and it should work fine.

@ＪＡＭＭＹＢＯ♌, OK, so as you select the Item Showcase, select a box to choose an item. As you click on the box, a window should appear and at the top of that window, it should say "Select an item to feature on your profile" and then a little arrow next.

I don't mean to necro but I think this thread is appropriate for the issue I'm having nearly 10 years later...
When I click on an item nothing comes up, no confirmation, no loading screen, nothing. I can't figure out how to actually SELECT the items I want to put in a showcase, and the arrow does nothing to help...

having the same problem, i think there is a bug on the recent update where they changed some of the inventory text (more bold), etc

Yep, I'm having the same issues. The button which previously said use this item - or something like that, is not visible now.
