Same here, our game has been stuck under review for over two months (!) with the same message (“Your build/store page requires further review and will take some additional time beyond the normal 3–5 business days”). We’ve opened multiple tickets but only get the same canned response.

Has anyone found a way to get this escalated or an actual update from Valve?

I'm not sure.
