Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator Recovery Code Problem

I'm trying to set up Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on my phone, and I'm at the Recovery Code stage now. The screen says this:

"Take a minute to write down this recovery code:
[red bar, with !, and empty black box, and a pen and paper symbol]

You will need this code to recover your Steam account if you lose your phone. You will not be able to view it again after this step so please write it down now.

Do not share it with anyone.

[button marked "Done"]"

I don't see a recovery code ANYWHERE on the screen, and I'm scared to go forward or exit the app...

Am I just looking in the wrong place for this code, or what?!

Try and see if you can highlight the text by holding down.

I've tried highlighting, but it doesn't show anything new. Thanks for the suggestion though!

You take off the Mobile Guard Authenticator using the authenticator code via https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage and retry adding it back.

Alternatively, if you don't have the authenticator nor the recovery code, you can use this if you have your phone number verified:
https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/#HelpWithLoginInfo?nav=authenticator

Just had this same issue -- and it's already a pain logging into Steam outside of the application, be it browser or mobile. Gosh. Thank you for the links, I've removed the Mobile Authenticator.
