I have already completed de badge but I don't get the 500 EXP.

I should level up because of that :(

The 500 XP is the total for it.

The previous level was 200 XP.

Therefore you got 300 XP.

Levels 0-9 have 100 XP per level
Levels 10-19 have 200 XP per level

You have 2,058 XP.

Which is Level 15 and 58 XP out of 200 XP to Level 16.

For a time I have lvl 25 and require only 74 exp to lvl 26.
Today I earned that bloody leader badge and... still I need 74 exp to lvl 26

Yesterday you were likely Level 24 and 74 XP from Level 25 seeing the difference is 300 XP (between your levels; and Community Ambassador & Community Leader -levels.)

EDIT: Changed some values after I noticed you bought some games that added 3 XP to your account.

Let's assume you would've had 300 XP more at one point,

The difference to the newest badge here and the badges you now have is worth 1000 XP.
At the time, in otherwords you likely had 3,7xx XP which is Level 22 and 1xx/300 XP for Level 23 (this roughly negated from your current total.)

Meaning your extra 300 XP would have to be after August 21st, because if you had it before, you'd have already been Level 23.

I doubt you had Dark Blood Online though? It's the only I've heard of having done this (but that doesn't mean none other has done it.)

I meant I received XP for the community leader badge upgrade before actually upgrading it.

One of the tasks [Use the Steam Mobile App for two-factor authentication] was marked as done for everyone for a temporary while; it was then fixed.

It was only one task that was bugging though.

And you miss one task from actually being eligible for the third badge that you already have.

I mean you have 27/29 and you need 28 for the badge you've already got. Maybe there was some kind of a ghosting effect, but *shrugs*
