[SOLVED] Trouble at checking my Guide
So 3 days ago I posted a guide for a game hopping to help others that didn't know what I had included. Now skip to today and about 8+ hours earlier I am not able to view it, it isn't coming up on the listed guides for the game and on my activity feed it only shows the title (image and description dose not load). When I click on it, it says,

Sorry!
An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem accessing the item. Please try again.

I just want to know has it been banned, removed ect or is it something on my part. Quite annoyed with this atm and first time coming across it.

i think (IM NOT SURE) steam lost some data...or a server...or something is under fire.
because some players miss stuff....

Yup, it errors for me too.

It might well be an issue, but here's something to try in the interim.

Assuming you have the data for the guide available to you, make a new one and bung the data in there and see if it posts and is viewable.

I take it back.. something in that or with that guide specific is causing a server error.

You could always try editing it and republishing, but I've got a feeling the edit link will result in the same error.

that guide has something added to it, that broke the guide. nobody but valve will be able to resolve this.

i get this too now but it only happen for guide i work on now it do not happen the other guides

In which case, all you can do is wait. Personally, I'd leave it until next week to see if it gets fixed in the coming days.

Incorrect. Server issues. I can see it just fine now.

Yeah, it seems there was some odd server or backend error going on in recent days. I wasn't around much as I had my obligatory migraines, so I only caught the end of it, so I couldn't really tell what was goin on.

I'm glad it's sorted.

If it helps, Tuesday nights are always maintenance nights, and if Valve do any changes to their back end, it is typically the night they do it (for obvious reasons). So if you get weird stuff or errors in future, check to see if it's Tuesday evening, and if it is simply leave it until the next day to be sure.
