If the alias hasn't updated, see the number series in quotations, that's the Steam3ID.

It works via steamid.co.uk providing the site has loaded your friends list previously. Every time the profile loads it will grow the history (If there are different friends). This isn’t very accurate but it seems to work well for most people and currently the only way I think this can be done?
If you can find friends, it may be worth crawling through the profile as you could have friends in common? – On Steamid.co.uk I did add in “mutual friends” on the friends table which also may be of use in speeding up your search (Not trying to plaster the site but I think its genuinely of use in scenarios like this)?
