Can't add any free-to-play games to my account library
So for some reason, I'm not able to add any free-to-play games at all to my account's game library. I just get the error message that says, "There was a problem adding this product to your account, please try again later." IDK what the problem could be, since I was able to add free-to-play games to my account in the past, even when there was a previous hold on my account that I got lifted.

The first time I had this problem was a little over a year ago, but at the time I just thought it was a bug or a glitch or something like that. I haven't really had the time to play anything until recently, though, hence why I didn't realize that I wasn't able to add any free games until now. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I couldn't figure out which subject applied on the Support page, so I figured asking on the forums might prove to be more helpful.

Currently having the same issue, were you able to resolve this in any way?
