Deleted both download and web browser cache and restarted it did nothing there is still red around or on most things maybe it could be a driver issue as nvidia has created a new app and may be having issues ill try looking in their forums aswell

Yep could be steam and seeing that am having quite a bad problem with steams wishlist as of rn.


Could be as you said graphic driver. For now am sticking to the old version for the mean time i'll just let the early testers risk their gpu's health and start using the new app later when any of dangerous bugs and such could be ironed out

Cause you may know Nvidia amazing gpus but they do some bad drivers, AMD not so great gpus but they seem to put out great drivers. This has been a saying in gaming for years and its true, so knowing what nvidia is like in terms of drivers is why am even holding off from using the new one just yet.


Or sadly could even be your gpu could be on the way out aka its dying on you. What i wish for you it isn't this option.

toggling HW accelerator off fixed it for me

I had the same problem. Toggling HW acceleration in steam settings worked for me, too!

"Steam Settings - Interface - Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views" <- turn this OFF
