Well there's a fullscreen option in the graphics settings. Alternatively you can run in borderless window fullscreen if the game is running at the same resolution as your native screen.

But you really need to provide some more information why the normal screen settings are an issue for you.

yes i am aware of that but every time i try the game only covers half of the screen

I had to go into the .ini file and manually change the resolution and set full screen there, to get it working.

So far there's one that works nearly always. Go to My Documents/My Games/Fallout4 and look for Fallout4Prefs.ini and change the resolution manually. Then go to your Fallout instalation folder find the same file(Fallout4 folder next to the game executable files.) and do the same thing.

Example:

bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

Nothing works for me. And I used to play it fullscreen on PC!

How come you dont know bethesdas own launcher cover this in the own settings.

If laucher dont knwo your graphic card, either you dont have update the driver or Bethesda dont support it or gpu card is not good enough.

we have seen ppl pc here try run games on very old IGPU before.

Also raise the issue here why do the othr helper here dont know behesdass own configuration app or mentions this.

This is well know in all past fallout 3 to 4+ series bethesda made. even elder scroll has it.

Nvidia experience also fix this.
