Odd steam connection issues (errors 101, 103)

So about two weeks ago i began having really odd connection problems. Library works just fine, i can play games, update them, download them, look at my friend list and invite my friends to play or join them in games, but nothing else on steam works. Store, community, workshop and my profile, pretty much anything not related to my library shows that it can't connect to the server, showing error 101, 103.
But browser version works just fine, i can accept friend requests, download mods and so on.
This issue also spreads outside steam, my discord is stuck in perpetual "update failed" and epic games store also doesn't work at all, as it thinks its offline.
But once again, browser versions work just fine
Hell, i even checked my laptop and desktop versions of both steam and discord work just fine, despite being on the same network! And i don't think its fault of my ethernet either, because when i unplugged my pc from it and used wifi (the same my laptop was connected to) the issue remained. I also doubt its firewall issue because i checked it and all the programs here aren't blocked. The only major difference between my pc and laptop is that pc runs that piece of crap called Win 11, but it worked fine for months.

Please help, i was looking everywhere and i have ZERO ideas on how to fix this.

whatever that is, sounds like you have been caught in something, ask steam support.

Well, idk whats with 101 and 103, since i just get no internet connection
i got 105 while trying to use VPN because someone shown it as a working solution and decided to mention it
will remove 105 from title since it seems to be fully because of VPN

also this may sound a bit stupid, but how do i properly ask steam support about it? support tab only shows me some common issues without a way to message them or anything
And if i did get caught in something, this still doesn't explain why other things also aren't working, why would my discord break on the same day?

yeah we get you, but thats the problem here , notice its steam server that reply , so its not a ISP issue vpn and bypass, should not work,because if it did we could all avoid a ban or whatever that is happing with you over there. ( keep in mind we read the error code and that says ban , i and other steam usre here, have no clue if that is true or not its the error code we read, and thats why you need to talk with support, nothing we can do about it.

ps.
could also be a Dos attack you did on server for keep doing it, wait 10 to 30 minute and try 1 time only. ( understand the hammer on door´, aka spam a server can do such ) they dont say stop ring my door bell ) but humans understand this , not all them codes, i did not say it is that but lets see if it help after 10-30 minute cooldown.

dont forget kepp doing it and it can extend cooldowns, ( thats what i will do on server )
I dont work for steam this is what can be done so server defend themself. )
many know this from privat IT. so its not a secret , but most gamers forget this and dont think a game server might do this.

its like a you are down or they reboot it and then all happend sametime. ( reboot router and pc ) when wan line is up again.

might be a good idead if ISP change something.

Well its been two weeks now, you'd think they'd be done with it now. And it works just fine on browser and my laptop

talk with own ISP,

no connection is valid if route into steam is not there through your ISP

this is all from DNS issue to traceRT if you know them cmd.

ive been having the same problems any ideas on how to fix it if you fixed it?

Restarted my optic fibre connection and restarted my pc

I'm having the exact same issue it even is stopping my from signing into my Xbox account and some websites don't work either. If there is a solution please let me know.

already mentioned it in this thread, restarted my optic fibre connection and restarted my pc
