I got double charged (sort of)

Hello.
The other day I purchased some games, went through the checkout process and chose PayPal as my payment method then I went through PayPal and when I was in the confirm your order screen back on steam I was also automatically paying with the funds in my steam wallet which I didn't want to do since it's like a few cents so I clicked on change payment method and chose PayPal as my payment method again making me go through the whole process a second time, now finally at the confirmation screen I had one only one payment method (Paypal) so clicked confirm and downloaded the games.

Problem is that every time you go through Paypal it takes money from your bank account, of course the final payment (the one without the steam wallet funds discount) actually went through; the first charge is pending in my banking app but it has been almost a month and it still showing the pending tag.

Has this happened to any of you before? If so what did you do to solve it?

PD: It shows two different charges in my bank account just with cents of difference.
PD2: English is not my first language in case I wrote the whole thing in a way is hard to understand. Sorry.

Note that generally speaking steam will put a hold on the funds if the payment fails. But htat hold will expire after a few days and the funds are then released

If you're still seeing those funds as being held after a few days contact steam

Whatever you do, don't chargeback. If the payments go from pending, Contact Steam Support and they will help you out if you explain. They will pretty much insta permaban you on sight if they see a chargeback transaction. Best course of plan is to contact Steam directly before preceding with any chargeback via paypal or your bank.
