Recent Login History Error

I'm getting an error when I try to see "recent login history" or "recent 3rd party site logins" for the last 10 days or so from the Steam Client or Steam Mobile app.

I can see my authorised and logged in devices from Steam App on authorized devices tab (Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator) without any issues though.

Is anyone else getting an error when try to see login history? Thanks!

Is there any update on this one? It's been like 2 weeks now and i'm still getting an error when i try to see my recent login history. Thanks!

We're all just users here, so like you we'll only know there's an update if/when Valve says it's been fixed.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah I know that, I'm just trying to understand if it's a common and known issue and it's not just me. Hopefully it's gonna get fixed soon.

so uhh, any news on this rn?
as a friend of mine got hacked recently and sent me a link to a third party website that asked me to log in, which i didnt but im still worried as i did click the link

All the steps, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey

I have this problem, how do i contact steam about it?
It worked for 2 minutes when i used it, and then suddenly i got an error when i looked too deeply

Oh right, i forgot, i should instead contact the nonexistent steam support page where i can ask this question to a real human being. Because that's a thing that exists.

Oh, or I could make a new thread for no reason that has an even smaller chance of getting answers than this existing one, that shows that this is a real issue that others are facing.
