Unfortunately, Valve does not have a specific email address or department for complaints. However, if you have an issue or complaint regarding Valve or its products, you can contact their support team through the Steam support page. You can also try reaching out to Valve's social media accounts, such as their Twitter or Facebook, to voice your concerns.

Good luck! I looked. All support here I've seen consists of canned messages with not even a hint of any empathy or really helping any one in any concrete way. According to that link Jerry posted above there isn't even an Alex OR Marie on the Customer Support team I supposedly spoke to via their customer support ticketing system.

Not surprising considering the Support team is outsourced. So while they work for Valve, they are not Valve direct employees.

A large scale DDOS Attack has been happening on a few platforms, steam, riot and many others have been having issues.

Today is also Steam maintenance day so expect down time.

You will have to wait until it is all sorted out like everyone else.

You are better off making your own thread next time and not bumping a 2 year old one. Mods are just going to lock it soon.
