I need a global solution to Steam Input being overridden by modern games (that have controller support)
I've started using a new control scheme for PC gaming and it works quite well for some games so far.
I am using a PS5 DualSense controller (wired by USB) in conjunction with a mouse.
What I need is a solution for PC games detecting my DualSense controller and deciding to override anything that SteamInput does.
Essentially, I want my PS5 controller to behave like a keyboard as far as any game is concerned (Steam and Non-Steam games launched through steam)

Can anyone shed light on how I might "trick" any game into thinking I HAVE NOT plugged in a controller?

SteamInput works brilliantly until a game decides that it has detected a controller and wants to force-feed me controller support or layout.

Thank you for any suggestions you can offer.
