How can I migrate just the Steam Client settings to a new PC?
I know that if I want to migrate my entire Steam installation, I can just copy the entire Steam folder.
And this Steam Support article explains how to migrate both games and client settings to a new PC.

But now I want to setup a Steam client on a PC which will only be used for remote gaming via Remote Play Anywhere and Steam Link. So I don't want to copy installed Steam games or game settings to this PC, but only the Steam client settings themselves (e.g. everything set in Steam -> Steam Settings). How can I do that?

Copy over the "config" folder from your main Steam installation folder.
That includes all your Steam settings and Family Share setups.
