Ask EA , im on Origin with that version, cant say its same on steam.


do note there was issue with such before, and they told me to reinstall OS back then somethings with wrong registation in windows database, then i told them pc is 3 days old, there is nothing to fix. and later they discover the wrong windows system regi.

this copuld be same and maybe not.

do note alot of issue with ultimate version and standalone with dlc is not same thingy

not even sure if that is relevant, and how can you read Da2 info about Da1 issue.
to my knowledge those 2 games are seperated, only charecter transfer might be a problem.

again let EA reply and help you, i have no clue if you have a steam issue with EA support that can be a huge diffrence, or total diffrence issue if you compare with Origin own client.
