Whenever you buy a game on steam you get cd keys with them. Didnt you save any?

no i didnt :( most of the time i bought the game from a user and he gifted the the game with steam gift after payment.

you get keys with digital purchase as well. in fact, go to your library rn you can check for any game you bought, if game has cd key with it, you can see it just by clicking on game and far right see link ''cd key''. if you can provide these to support, its one of ways they know account belongs to you since only owner would know these things.

Yes, but what support wants for account recovery is a physical copy that you write the ticket # on.

yes, but digital cd keys work as well. ive had friends recover accounts that way.

You can use the code steam told you to write down, with a timer counting down, so you surely write it down.

Also if you lost your phone, contact phone comapny to get card replacement.

if you already wrote a ticket and they answered you that they wanna have a cd key, then do so or explain why you do not have any.

if you are still in the process of even filing the ticket, ignore it and provide as much other stuff as you can.

i've already did that and they said that my card is unreplaceble because it is already expired

When did support start accepting keys that aren't retail? I haven't seen anything on it yet.
