oh how do i do that? when i check my inventory i cant even find the cards but when i click my badge list it shows up but it says its expired

Once they're expired, you can't do anything with them except create the badge if you have a complete set. Incomplete sets shown in the badge area will eventually be corrected. There is no official timeframe when that kind of thing takes place. It's whenever Valve gets around to it.

What makes you say that? Have they resolved this issue in the past?

Because if not, then who knows. It's quite annoying to see it showing up on my badge page with 5/10 left, but I can't actually remove the cards.

There are same problem with Summer sale 2021

I have the same problem with Steam Awards 2021 , can't do anything :(
